ARU CABEDELO
Covering approximately 28.3 hectares, this urban regeneration area (ARU) includes the areas facing the beaches of Cabedelo and Cabedelinho and a small part of the fishing port at its northern/western end.
This ARU includes several intervention units, all of which are linked to the mobility system, each with its own program that can be implemented independently.
The document accompanying this delimitation does not include any table of tax benefits, as the entire delimited area is public maritime domain, public port domain, and municipal property.
