ARU BUARCOS.
The delimitation of this urban rehabilitation area (ARU), which constitutes an amendment to a first delimitation (approved by the Municipal Assembly on April 30, 2014, and published by Notice No. 7636/2014 in DR No. 124, Series II, of July 1), in which its name was also changed, results from the observation that, in several circumstances, the design of comprehensive strategies for the revitalization of various interventions planned in the respective urban rehabilitation operation (ORU) required focusing attention on some areas adjacent to the previous delimitation.
