Figueira da Foz is among 25 municipalities where, until May 22, the Institute for Housing and Urban Rehabilitation (IHRU) is running ongoing applications for the allocation of housing under an affordable rental scheme.
The process is carried out through a public draw, ensuring transparency and equal opportunities for all applicants who meet the eligibility criteria set out in the respective notices.
The programme is designed to address different housing needs and is open to individuals or family households that meet the established requirements. Available housing units range from T1 to T5 typologies, covering different household sizes.
To apply, it is necessary to first obtain the Registration Certificate through the PAA Platform, available on the Housing Portal, where applicants must complete household information and submit the required documentation.
